Any time I've had maintenance issues, big or small, they have responded quickly and produced a solution ASAP. They even followup afterwards to ensure the task was complete and that I'm satisfied.

For anyone reading this at this moment and you are questioning if this management company is worth your time money and effort let me say Yes! It is. I'm a real person I just got married and let's just say some bad people took advantage of my family. ⭐MARK came into my situation and took special care of my family. He didn't have to at all. But he did! I really lost hope in ppl in Tampa but Mark seen the humanity in the situation and I wasn't just a number or just a sale. I was a person. It was truly a blessing running into this team with Mark. They are worth your business. This team is actually trustworthy and they are beyond priceless. Have tried to get in contact with literally anyone for almost the past week & get no answer!!! You guys say you do a fresh paint job before anyone moving in but when we moved in the paint WAS NOT done & was running off the walls (we have pictures & the messages of mentioning this to yall!!!)Also you charge a cleaning fee which im guessing means you have the apartment cleaned before anyone moving in but yet again when we moved in there was rat poop & roaches inside our “brand new” oven (we also have pictures & messages telling you guys & we told you guys the day of the walk through) had not 1 not 2 but 3 rats in the apartment when we lived there & when communicating this with yall it took 5 months to actually have anything done about it!!! Not to mention the framing around the front & back door was messed up when we moved in & when it rained and the water would come in!!! So how is it that my deposit of almost $2100 is completely gone & I now owe u A paint job of $1500 being half of it
