RENTER BEWARE: Deceitful Property Management Company: 8/20/24 - RPM coerced me into signing a lease prior to viewing RPMs side of the move-in checklist. Thus, I didn't have a full understanding of the units' conditions. Furthermore, they exhibited deceitful business practices by telling me that I must sign the checklist and pay ALL FEES prior to receiving the keys. Upon arriving at the unit, it was found that the unit was left uncleaned (currently living in the last tenants filth), damaged beyond normal wear and tear, and exhibited signs of extreme water damage and black mold along with structural concerns. It seems that there's been no prevented maintenance for years. I am now concerned about my health and safety and, coupled with poor communication practices, has resulted in undostress and suffering for someone with medically evaluated disabilities like myself. Will continue to provide updates on the matter.
