I had the most amazing experience with this company from beginning to end, especially Katie! Even though I was a pain to deal with, because moving can be stressful, she was patient, kind, thorough, responsive, and she kept her word on everything she said she was going to do. We are now living in the home of our dreams, and I can't thank Katie and Aaron enough. I 100% recommend this company if you want the best moving experience possible!

We had a main sewer line back up and flood our downstairs, Katie quickly responded with getting a plumber out right away to stop the flow. We had significant damage to the downstairs, flooring , cabinets had to be replaced. Katie kept us in the loop throughout the process, which helped relieve a lot of stress. It took time but in the end our place was updated and it looks fantastic. I’m very grateful for all of Katie’s help.

As a property owner, if you've ever been through the nightmare of finding a quality property manager, look no further. These guys are fantastic! I've been using them for several years now and am so thankful I found them. They are timely communicators who stay on top of issues and then handle them correctly without your needing to be involved. Aaron and his team are responsive and professional. When the owner of the property I was renting decided to sell a few months after I moved in, I was concerned how this might disrupt my family. Aaron showed empathy to me as a tenant while maintaining his responsibility to the owner. He helped negotiate a win/win solution for me as well as the owner. He was always fair and honest. I only had one repair issue during my rental period and Katie had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. Aaron is very honest and responsible to his customers. My husband and I have a house in Pleasanton for rent. After remodeling my property, it's already in November. We knew it would be hard to lease in holiday season, so we expected our house might be rented until next year. Surprisingly, Aaron notified us in December that he found the tenants that could move in in a few days. By the way, before the tenants moved in the house garden sprinkling system was broken. As soon as we notified Aaron, he sent someone over and fixed it right away.

His charge is very reasonable. Before Real Property Management One, we went to another property manage company which was close to our rental house. That terrible company quoted us thousands of dollars for just cleaning, taking down the curtains and some patching paints.

I would definitely recommend Real Property Management One.
