I had a disappointing experience with this company. After an initial conversation with Marc (person's name), I was expecting a follow-up as discussed, but unfortunately, I never received any response or updates. The lack of communication and professionalism made it clear that they were not interested in continuing the conversation. Due to this, we have decided to move on and take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I recently relocated from Southern California to Virginia and I did it within a 60 day window, during Covid, and during the holidays. This was an extremely stressful move. Trying to find a place to live, get packed up, and prepare the family to uproot and relocate. Jennifer Barrington from Real Property Management Pros was able to help me out tremendously. I don't want to make this review long , but I do want to highlight all the great things that Jennifer did to help me and my family relocate. Trying to find a place that fit our time frame was difficult in itself and we didn't want to keep paying multiple rental application fees.

Jennifer did the following:
-Responded quickly to one of the posted listing.
-Discussed my situation and was extremely flexible with helping me to organize my move and move the paperwork through.
-Was genuinely understanding to all my needs and concerns.
-Once we determined we liked a property she openly communicated all details of the pretty and acknowledged our concerns.
-Proactively ensured the property would be ready for move in at scheduled move in date.

*This is a big one because like most people we got screwed over by our moving company and they showed up early with our furniture for delivery. Luckily Jennifer communicated with the property owner and was able to coordinate the maintenance and move in preparations to allow for move in a week ahead of schedule. This saved me a ton of money and helped to alleviate stress. I had no idea what I was going to do until I talked to Jenn!!! *

- Once I moved in Jenn was there to check on us and actively answer all my questions.

In short , I don't know much about Real Property Management Pros, but I do know that if they hire employees like Jennifer Barrington they will always receive a good review from me. She made all the difference in my stressful move. From giving me pep talks to get through the stress to advising me on how to deal with winter in Virginia 🙂 . Thanks Jenn!!!
