Very professional and kind! I worked with Ryan and he was super friendly in helping me get my application completed and approved!

Update: I have moved into this unit and need to update my review. Everything was fine until I had a problem with the portal. Received no help/support. Hunter was unresponsive and unwilling to go the extra step to resolve this issue. They also deleted my previous review. Poor business strategy. Do better, RPM.

I never realized how competitive it is to find a place to live in California. However our experience with Real Property Management has been amazing. Ryan was extremely helpful in our application process. He was very prompt in answering our questions. The application process was great. Ryan was responsive and friendly. He made sure that my application packet was complete and delivered to the management team promptly. In this crowded rental market, I really appreciate being treated like a person and not just an app.

Scheduling a tour was super simple. Paola Perez helped me by texting that the house was available for viewing that day. We work all week & she was able to schedule something for a different day just to ensure we got to see the home! Paola was very helpful & I thank her.
