This company was manipulative and dishonest when I was very upfront about my co-applicant's credit before applying. They told me they would be able to approve as is and told me to apply but after spending $110 on our application and allowing them to run our credit, having a negative impact, they denied our application. Not trustworthy.

Just got New Management I'm not very happy with their approach and did they step into a mess. I adored Luke he worked hard and he was always honest the front. He was patient and gave me time as I had to move because of aps and myself not happy with the past place.My lease has been altered, despite me talking to management a week ago management a few times and I've been without heat all winter so far. Even with the red flag from power company they walk too slow and the resolution was give me a portable rollable oil powered lamp heater. Yard work was included in the rent has not been done since I've been here and the mulch from the trees leaves and grass that is present has made a muddy mess and destroyed a lot of my things that I had sitting in the back corner until I can make room in the 600 square foot apartment. Of course they show up in the middle of me downsizing and trying to move stuff around that he's going to give me a notice to comply but he did not seem to care. Other tenant has even worse problems so maybe I should say the verdict is still out? We miss you Luke

Applied for a place that’s been listed for rent for 100+ days already, told me owner decided to sell instead after applying...even though upon viewing it he told me the house won’t be put up for sale anytime soon and he could work with my credit. lost out on $110 application fee and here the property is still listed for rent an a $100 cheaper now. Just be real.
