When my husband and I decided to finally turn our starter home of 8 years into a rental property, we knew we needed to go with a property management company. Washington State is very tenant friendly and we needed someone with experience to handle our property the right way. We chose Angela and Jared with Real Property Management Supreme because of their great communication from the start (Angela called us within an hour of filling out the contact form!). When Jared toured the house, he seemed genuinely excited about working with us and our property. We had met with another company and they did not have the same communication or excitement. We knew Jared and Angela were the right fit. From the moment the house was posted (with wonderful professional pictures), to the time we got the tenant application in, was quick! They found a tenant for the price we agreed upon and they move in on 3/1. My husband and I are so excited that it's finally turned into an income property. We can sleep better knowing that it's in good hands. We highly recommend working with Real Property Management Supreme!

The folks at Real Property Management Supreme have helped me through this process of renting out my family home immensely!
