As a property owner, I couldn't say better things about the RPM Teyata team! A few years ago, my husband and I had a really bad prior experience with another property management company, so we were quite wary when we approached RPM Teyata. However, throughout the almost 3 years we've been their clients, they've proven to be extremely professional, 100% reliable & efficient in every sense.
Kalli Hyde is our property manager and she is truly wonderful! Always trustworthy and with the greatest disposition, very professional yet personable to the point that when any issue arises, I feel comfortable to discuss with her the options we have --and she's always gone above & beyond to offer us a solution thanks to how knowledgeable and experienced she is. Through Kalli, we've been able to deal with somewhat difficult tenant-related and/or rental situations in a very fluid and dexterous manner. Moreover, communication is key to us, and Kalli, the entire RPM Teyata team, and the owner, Eric Peoples, have never failed to be in touch with us regarding our properties whenever a concern was brought up. They've not only been accommodating with our needs and requests, but have also been understanding and structured in their dynamics with us as clients.
I'm not the kind of person that usually writes reviews about any business, but in our opinion, RPM Teyata is truly outstanding at what they do, we've never had any issues with them, and we couldn't be happier with their professional service, kindness & support. Thank you, team!

Kalli Hyde has been very unprofessional and harassing at times. It was the WORST rental experience we’ve had. Rude and only was responsive at the very end, during our rental period she lacked communication the entire time, took days for our septic issues, never gave us 24 hour notice when a person came over, never fixed the things she said would be fixed/replaced and she’s been extremely unprofessional and unpleasant in the end of our rental period, texting us rude comments often. Do not recommend dealing with her.

Carrie is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. If we have a question or request she responds within a reasonable amount of time. Carrie is the opposite of most PMs and that's a great thing. We've recommended her to our friend who isn't happy with their current PM company.

We will never rent a property through RPMT - Teyata, if, I have to deal with Kalli Hyde again. She was only available and went above and beyond when we wanted to rent a property. After renting, it was like we were put on the back burner and forgotten.

We have placed six maintenance requests; two were completed and one we figured ourselves. Two of the same maintenance requests placed; first request completed but the second request was never followed up by the property manager. One of the request, the request was followed up and we sent pictures regarding the issue but no response after that.

When sending emails to Kalli, either she took more than 72 hours or never responds. When my husband was able to get a hold of her on the phone, you can tell by her tone of voice that she was frustrated and annoyed of him. If, she doesn't want to continue to provide good customer service, then she needs to be replace by someone who can.

Carrie is amazing! She's caring, attentive, responsive, and will answer all your important questions giving you the clarity you need. She's very knowledgable. I had a few important questions regarding multifamily residentials and she answered those with ease. Highly recommend her and RPM to anyone needing a property management company and real estate agent to facilitate the process through.
