First time visiting since moving a block away from the church from Colorado about a year ago. Nobody from the church invited me. I just wanted to see what it was like. I was greeted by the person tasked with greeting visitors, nobody else. I walked their using a walker due to a disability. When I left it was raining so I walked home in the rain. Nobody offered to help or ask if I had a ride. It's okay, coming from Colorado I actually enjoy a lite rain shower as the rest of society freaks out for some odd reason. I did enjoy the preachers boldness in being able to speak Biblical truth. He definitely planted seeds of faith. I thought at the end he was going to invite anyone who wanted to receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life, however, instead he said a short prayer and dismissed the church. Mentioned something about being in a hurry to meet with a group concerning a church function immediately after service. It may just be me or the denomination I grew up in, yet, there aren't any meetings or activities more important than giving a person the opportunity to respond to a message of salvation and give their heart to Christ. I sincerely hope this isn't the norm for Reality, otherwise how will people be saved if not given the opportunity?

We are from Minnesota and our family came to visit relatives for the weekend and stopped to enjoy a Sunday service at Reality. Friendly people. Great message and worship. It's not your traditional church (converted warehouse space with nice wood upgrades). But that's not what Reality is going for. The people make it a great experience. Will visit again.

I enjoy this Church. I don't know what else to say, I feel comfortable and welcome. I must say before I attended Reality I did not like the church I mistakenly thought it was a church of right wing republicans. However after coming to a few services I discovered a beautiful Church and Lovley people who just love worshipping the

Visiting from NY and googled churches in Carpinteria... came across this one and our experience was wonderful - the volunteers who greeted and served us were very friendly and informative. The worship (music and message) was centered on Jesus... the message that day was out of the book of Revelation (chapt 4), and focused on the throne of God - His sovereignty & glory. Felt at home, even though we were a long ways away.

Awesome church. Speaks gods word in love and truth. And they welcome prayer and worship up front they are doing church. I love the worship as well i have driven 2 hours to hear the word
