There is a person in this agency by name Amanda which is didn't show up for the meeting of houses. We waited her with my wife and small child for about 20 minutes nearby the appointed house. She did not come to the meeting. Also at this time, another person was scheduled to meet with her too. Extremely not recommended. Remained extremely unhappy that the house wasn't see inside. We drove for more than an hour to this meeting.

If you are looking for a REALTOR who is absolutely awesome, please consider The Balduf Group. Dennis and Sarah and team are amazing. We just purchased land with them and 10 years ago, we purchased our current house. In between, we've referred DOZENS of people to them--including my mom--and all have been happy.

They keep their clients for LIFE. We routinely call them for the best plumber, landscaper, etc. Dennis has been in the area for many many years and knows everyone. They also do monthly giveaways for their clients, pies at the holidays, and an annual BBQ. Even if it's been 10+ years since you purchased, you are invited!

Fantastic, highly experianced Real Estate Brokers. This agency has a well deserved high reputation . Dennis and his team are highly organized, innovative, and think outside the box. 6heir guidance
and advice is stellar. An example:
After after a buyers inspection report came back, with the inspector asserting an item was out of code, Dennis re-checked and measured to discover the home inspector was wrong and never even measured. The home inspector admitted to it and offered to write a letter of correction to the buyer to correct the inspectors mistake. Highly recommend Dennis Balduf, Nick or anyone on his staff!
