Amy is my personal friend and I am very grateful I had her help. She has been patient and brought to my attention, a brand new pre-sale building that I did not think I could afford. I was saving up for the lower levels without a view, but she was able to negotiate a great price of a unit with a view for . She has been patient throughout these years. We looked at many properties and she would point out the major items to watch of for at properties that we looked at without giving me any pressure to buy. Amy is resourceful. She always had the best professionals to help. We even had the free help of a foundation expert who spent 2 hours at a property that I was interested in. He did it as a favor to her. From the start since 6 years ago to the final walkthrough, I feel that I had the support and professional help of my friend. She was also very patient and caring, I would highly recommend her. I had very bad service from this office agent Lili Shang. She lied to her client, and missed on her promises, when she sold the property which she needed lots of helps to closing the deal. I tried contact with her many times and she said she will do it, and then never back to me.
When we file complain to the company about her, told the manager all the facts and evidences , She promised that she will talk to Lili Shang. but she never respond at all after we had video meeting. I sent email to see the status was. The manager said very differently than she talked before.
I am very dislike this company service at all, and I heard some of new immigrate had some kind of fraud from Lili Shang.
Very very bad service with Lili Shang and this agent company.
I will not recommend to anyone else.
