We LOVE Mrs. Judy! I was very pregnant when we decided to buy our house, and were due to close 2 days after my due date. She was extremely patient with us, answered any and every question we had as first time home buyers and loved us as her own! I have bought and sold several properties throughout my lifetime, but never have I had an agent like Judy Naugle. She has more patience than anyone I know (even me).
She listed my last property for over 10 years while I changed my mind several times about selling. She brought several offers which I refused.
Her expertise a solving the myriad problems with the final closing is second to none.

When I called Realty 2000 about finding a house for use they went to work right away. Within a hour they had us several houses lined up to go look at. They where very nice and professional and helped us to the end when we found are forever home. And they made it happen a day before Thanksgiving. We could not have made it without them. Looking at property that they have listed some of them seem to have very inflated prices. Easily 2-3 times market value. This does a disservice to the client allowing them to list it at such prices as they will likely not receive any offers close to what they expect to get. People who are interested in purchasing cannot even begin to negotiate a realistic price. When I see their sign that is a good indication to look elsewhere.
