I have been renting since December through Realty Coach and I am soo pleased! I was in a hurry to find a new place as the lease was up at my old place, and Stacy made things happen quick! I was a little worried as my previous experience with a few other companies wasn’t so great... She went above and beyond to show me the property before it was ready and promised it would be ready when I needed it to be, IT WAS! I was thrilled and blown away by how beautiful this home was. She is always available when an outside light bulb goes out, or when the batteries in the smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors need changing! She made the paperwork process smooth and explained everything so clearly! She has been professional, accommodating, and responsive to myself and my roommates! Stacy has a heart of gold and cares about her tenants and it shows! I definitely recommend using this company! Stacy and her team are AMAZING!

Realty Coach Enterprise has successfully delivered the needs for my wife and myself. Stacy has helped us find two homes in which we were very satisfied with, she seems to be genuinely concerned about her clients needs. Their Office Workers are pleasant and polite. Ever wonder about your typical slumlord renters in the valley? Well, Realty Coach Enterprises, Inc. is just the place for that. Property Manager, Maria, aka Stacy Schroeder will claim to be a hard working professional that has yet to present herself professional in the real estate industry. While she’s busy or claims to be trying to manage and Mickey Mouse fix over 75-100 properties that do not even meet the expectations that they claim, President/Broker Steven Alonge is too busy living his fabulous gay fantasy in Palm Springs. There’s constant issues with their rentals that are not getting the required maintenance they need in order to be rented out to the public. Over the 10-11 months I have rented with this company, it has been nothing but a complete joke. Stacy claims to have did us a favor by renting out the property to us right away, but the property was NEVER even ready. The house was dirty, dead crickets were all in the cabinets, the floors were filthy and covered in dirt, window blinds were missing, electrical outlets throughout the property did not work, dishwashers, sinks, and even A/C’s in the property did not work half of the time, water leaks were occurring from sinks, we had mold coming out of the walls, it was all just a terrible experience with this company since I moved back to the desert. But when the rent isn’t paid or late, they like to act like professionals. Moral of the story, do not rent from this company. They are con-artists. They will screw you completely and do not keep their promises. Your expectations will pretty much be downfalls with Realty Coach Enterprises, Inc.

P.S. I shouldn’t have to rate this company when this is clearly a negative review.
