Be very careful of this agency. They employ and defend at least one realtor Lou Jones who is a scam artist. Mr. Jones willfully and knowlingly misled and deceived me . This led me to financially lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Now we are forced to take legal action. In doing so, its been uncovered that Realty One Group Capital is not even listed with the better business bureau. Makes you wonder if this is even a legitimate agency. BEWARE. Also , many of their realtors are not registered with the National Realtors Association.
I highly recommend you find a more honest and upfront agency.
