Stay far away from Realtor Veronica Johnson and her Broker and the owner of Realty One Group Zoom, Treasure Molina. Also, Healthy Home Inspections (Veronica Johnson's referral to me).
Be wary .... very wary!!!
Here is what happened. I obvi have pics, videos, texts and emails.....
The only reason for 1 star instead of zero is I had too. Randy Thomas seems like a decent human being, however, one of his realtors, Patricia Ontiveros, is not.

She flips a house and then is the selling agent. I purchased one of her flipped houses last August.

The house I paid 500k for is a total disaster.

I was told the house was gutted and remodeled.... well that's a lie.

The whole plumbing system failed after 1 week of moving in. The primary bathroom flooded 2 times, the laundry room, under the dishwasher the sink area. Per the plumber who "repaired" everything said the pipes had been dormant for quite some time.
Later to find out from neighbors it's been like 30 years.

The Primary bathroom now has a sump pump and I was told I can't flush toilet paper when used! I paid half a million dollars for a house with a bathroom that can't flush toilet paper!

Patricia Ontiveros' crew used blue painters tape as trim on the house and painted it black to match the already existing trim. After the first rain .... all the paint came off the painters tape.

There were ZERO permits pulled when they "gutted and remodeled" the house, IN FACT, a neighbor turned them into the city when Patricia Ontiveros' crew were replacing the roof. Patricia Ontiveros was cited and fined for not obtaining a permit for the roof.

There is an out structure in the back of the home that was severely damaged in the December rains and has mold and grass growing through the floors!

The drywall all over the home is now cracking/splitting/coming apart. I can push lightly on it and it will give!

In addtion to not disclosing the house had been dormant for decades Patricia Ontiveros failed to disclose the house next door is a house for Disturbed Teenagers. They smoke weed out of bongs on the sidewalks, my cameras have captured them sneaking out and back in the middle of the night, and on and on and on.

The list quite frankly goes on and on and on!

I am a widow. I thought I did my due diligence... I got a referred realtor who was supposed to be a reliable realtor named Veronica Johnson (she totally failed me), a "trusted" home inspector, Donn Singleton of Healthy Home Inspections (enormous fail) , pest inspector, roof inspector, home owners insurance and purchased home warranty.

What else could I do?

Patricia Ontiveros did pay for the plumbing and HVAC. She promised to take care of EVERY ISSUE all of which that she saw for herself. Then Patricia Ontiveros blindsided me and has gone back on her word. Which actually shouldn't surprise me.

Patricia Ontiveros is a nasty untrustworthy woman who used her sick child to make me trust and feel bad for her.

There are more stories like mine from folks that have purchased "gutted and remodeled" homes from Patricia Ontiveros. She takes advantage of their ages and nationalities. One is actually family member of hers.

In closing, stay far away from Patricia Ontiveros who works for Cornerstone!

I would also stay way from Healthy Home Inspections and Realtor Veronica Johnso and the owner of her Treasue of Realty One Group Zoom.

This company employs realtors who bully others. Ludivina Gould is actively being discriminatory towards another person's spiritual beliefs & I genuinely cannot believe someone like that is being trusted to help others find their homes which is a persons sacred space. She participates in name calling, discrimination & likely much more but that hasn't been brought to the surface yet. And Im POSITIVE she does the exact same towards her clients behind their backs. I wouldn't trust someone who NAME CALLS & pokes fun at another's personal spiritual beliefs to find me a home.

worst sales experience ever josh anderson and treasure where great in the beginning signing us up but failed miserably not verifying EMD funds on a sale didn't advise that any issues where happening had to learn all information from title company moving out of state and the day of signing they advised me that no funds had been received from buyer. I wanted to cancel my contract and they wouldn't allow me to said I had to pay for their time and staging even though it wasn't in my contract. They then updated my listing to a lower amount without my knowledge and also completely removed my listing basically holding my home hostage upon finding out about the removal of the listing and 3 months of paying 2 mortgages I had to give in and allow them to relist home and thankfully it sold however had to sell the home for $50,000 lower than what we had an offer on and out $25,000 more in mortgage and addional moving expenses run away from this agency. On top of all this his license had been suspended 5 days after we had signed up upon reviewing this with josh and treasure they still wouldn't release my contract so unprofessional no accountability and zero communication. Update - As of today 06/05, we still have not received buyer funds. Please see timeline below.

05/15/2023: Contract received
05/16/2023: Wire instructions sent to buyer
05/19/2023: EMD update from Buyers Agent stating a delay
05/22/2023: Bond documents received at another office. Documents immediately forwarded to Operations Manager for review.
05/23/2023: Operations and Treasury confirmed that the documentation dropped off does not meet the requirements for funds to be deposited into an escrow transaction under CA good Funds Law. Update then forwarded to Agents.
05/25/2023: Escrow emailed Agents, no funds received
05/30/2023: Escrow spoke to buyer and Buyers Agent. Was advised buyer is still working on it. Escrow emailed Agents with status.
06/02/2023: Escrow was advised buyer sent the wire Friday afternoon (06/02) funds to close and EMD.
06/05/2023: Escrow called buyer and buyer’s agent for status (left voicemails for both). Escrow advised agents, no funds received as of today 06/05.
