The successful undertaking and completion of a project to the cheer of all parties concerned can be traced back to preparation. To that point, Erik and Shava Envik at Reality Plus responded to the requests of absentee landowners for market information regarding the residential or business development possibilities for our off-the-grid 10 acres. Movement on the property was decided. A visit by the owners was essential. The summer of 2021 allowed us to walk and talk on the property with Erik, neighbors, and other nearby owners.

During this interim, 2021-24, Erik was steadfast in moving along the market information and analysis. Earlier this year Bluebird Investments gave Reality One the go ahead for listing. Fortunately, to solve a lingering water concern, the buyer-to-be and the neighbor-to-be were acquaintances. Problem solved. The buyer’s earnest money and asking price were firm, the closing was around the corner.

The personnel at Alliance Title and Escrow were perfect in managing details at long distance. A special warm note for the delightful and positive Kelli Sparling , our telephone contact, who explained our homework with updates, and stayed with us on the work-through with the Mobil Notary.

I'm a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and this was actually my first time buying a property while being represented by another agent. I found our agent, Lynda Fioravanti, while searching online for real estate in the area. We are so fortunate to have found Lynda and Realty Plus as our experience has been very positive and professional, from start to finish.

Lynda did a great job keeping me and my wife updated as to possible listings that met our search criteria, prior to our travel to the area to look at properties in person. She then organized our showing days such that we were able to be efficient with our use of time while also seeing a variety of properties and areas so that we were able to better determine what areas we were most interested in.

Given the distance between properties Lynda drove us around in her car, had prepared detailed documents for us on each property, along with a folder and shared her vast local and market knowledge with us as we drove around together. She is truly a wealth of information about the areas surrounding CDA, Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry! We learned so much while driving around with her. She even had some snacks and drinks in her car for us.

When it came time to put an offer together she did a great job and was very responsive with what we needed. We were able to get an offer accepted without much back and forth at all and she did a great job overseeing the inspection and escrow process. Since we were coordinating from another state it was very helpful to have her there to keep us in the loop on things.

We are very happy with our experience working with Lynda and highly recommend her as an excellent agent and one who has an extensive knowledge of the market and also the local areas in which she does business. She is a true professional and one who takes her career as a Realtor seriously. It's no surprise that she is respected as a go-to agent in the area and that the lenders and title companies are very familiar with her as she has helped many seller and buyer clients over the years with their real estate needs.
