Warning- Do not work with this company. My family worked with Noble Griswold to move into a rental property and had a horrible experience. He puts in a facade that he is a trustworthy business man but soon found out he only wanted to get rid of a property as quickly as possible and hide hazardous problems with the home. He actually told the worker fixing the home to hide large cracks in the floor from us so he would not have to fix it. After bringing this to his attention, he agreed to fix the floor but changed our move in date to do so. We agreed but asked him to hold our deposit check until everything was agreed on (which is the professional thing to do). We then found out he had already cashed it to pay for the flooring. He texted me that he was only changing the floor for our benefit. Mind you, this is HIS property and we are only renting for 12 months. He also tried to charge us $100 more in the deposit and I caught him in a lie that the property had been professionlily cleaned when in fact it was not. Time after time we found out Noble Griswold is a dishonest, deceiving individual who will absolutely try to take advantage of you if you work with him. I want to help others to not go through what he put us through. Stay away from him and this business.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company. Very friendly staff, Noble and Jacquie were extremely helpful and flexible during my stay. I was a tenant for over two years and I never had an issue.
