I have been a tenant for 3 years. I have had ENOUGH! They raise the rent all the time yet can’t fix anything properly everything is done Mickey Mouse! You pay so much rent and can’t even have hot water ever winter the hot water turns off and they don’t treat it as an emergency! I have 3 kids myself and my husband and we have to boil water in order for my kids to have warm water and to top it off you call them and they get offended as if we are in the wrong! I have so many complaints about this place but not having the basic necessities is ridiculous we don’t live in the projects yet we are living worse then!

Not even their contact number it's a fax machine. I had a complaint against the manager and they kept sending me to his voicemail. That does some good right, lets complain about the guy on his voicemail so he can erase it. Manager has no managerial skills let alone any people skills. He is onsite but if you have a problem he tells you to fix it yourself or to call the maintenance line which does absolutely nothing. Call the owner of the property, Mike, left a message and have had no response back. They are shady and lack any qualities of a good property management company. Yet they state on their website that communication with their tenants is what sets them apart from everyone else.....ha! Lived here for over a year and have had an infestation of ants, manager says to go buy a can of raid, yet ants are not going after food they're in the bathrooms, bedrooms and come out of the walls and floors. They need to tent or spray but refuse to. I also have no heater in my apt. doesn't work and have told them about it numerous times. So if you rent from them, good luck.

Been living there for over 5yrs. I stayed in apt 203 then moved in apt 204 which is a 3 bedroom. The place and location is really nice. The neighbors are sweet in the unit. Maverick the apt manager was always on top of things when ever I called him. The office managment From Abraham, Arman And Mike you guys are Great! Never had any issues. Thanks for your service! Brother in law lived there twice.he had to move due to medical reasons he doctor said he couldn't live alone.that was July 9th. We emptied the apt because we moved him to Hartsville that's where we live and they said he was breaking the lease. So I got the doctor to write the statement and the charged him for the month of August and he had not lived there since July the ninth e had the apt cleaned July 18 so why charge for August? Then they sent a letter stating hey would refund the security deposit minus repairs and the month of August and we are still waiting for the refund and that is a fax no and you are sent to a voice mail and they never call you back. I even talked to someone who said they would call back but what he really acted to know was how I got this number

I have lived here for 13 years, with no problems, Ernst an hass has been in charge of this building, when you call they come, I love that company. now we have new owners, (rci), water flying up . I call the emergency number, the man starts yelling at me an said he cant help me today, for me to turn off water until tomorrow. well I need help now, they said that this was the emergency number, the man sounds like he was drunk. then I called him back to get his name, an he hung up in my face, very rude, he can an he will make this company loose lots of money. his message box is full. how does he know if it is not something worse going on in a tenants house. please find some one that can help us when needed. I will copy this in case it happens again, also he said he can come tomorrow, I told him my husband has surgery in the morning, the way he acts, I really don't want him in my house, without someone watching him. help please. If you rent from these people, be prepared for disappointment. Their maintenance people do not keep track of requests. You have to request repairs multiple times. Also, they've let the laundry facilities deteriorate tremendously at 2132 Bermuda St. We used to have 6 washers and 6 dryers for the facility. 9 months ago a washer went out. Now 4 out of the 6 dryers are not functioning. Incompetent, Inept, they just plain don't care.
