Billy and his team have been wonderful to work with! I recently hired him to manage my corporate rental and I have been more than happy with the decision.
Billy is readily available with any thoughts or concerns you may have about the process. He is the person who shows the property as well as manages the renter. It’s so nice dealing with one person who is well informed on your unit. He is also a general contractor so he has a team that can handle any repair you may need.
Billy also, had my unit rented within a couple days.

I have been a client of Red Fish Property Management for 7 months. They are by far the best property management company I have ever worked with in 35 years as a property owner or renter. Red Fish owner, Mr Billy Burrouso, and his entire team, are the finest customer service based organization I have seen in the industry. This past January, the condo I rent, suffered significant water damage due to the negligence of another condo owner in the floor above me. Within minutes of notifying Billy at 10:00 PM, he arrived to inspect and contain the damage. The following morning, he personally led a team of subcontractors to my rental to remove and clean my furnishings, and begin drywall demolition and mold prevention. Within in 5 days, my unit looked brand new with new drywall, new fixtures, and new paint. I have never seen a more effective and responsive property manager. Best of all, Red Fish, and in particular, its owner, Mr. Billy Burrouso, contacted me twice a day to check on my satisfaction with the work and to provide an update on progress.

Billy and his team at Red Fish Property Management managed my property for several years. Billy was responsible for preparing the property for the next set of tenants, showing the property to prospective tenants, coordinating the move-in, making any necessary repairs, and dealing with requests from the tenant(s). I used a property manager because I live in another city and I don’t have time to deal with these things on my own. His team is extremely communicative and prompt whenever I have put in a request. The property we were living in was well maintained, beautiful, and the apartments were all renovated.
