Poor communication. Issue after issue with rental. Poor management of other people’s property. I know they’re the only ones in the area, so people will still pay 2k monthly to live in a cabin. I won’t. When I voiced concerns, they offered to release me from my lease—as though I am the difficult one?! Good luck if you deal with these elitists.

I was in contact with Lee and she told me she had a unit available in Lyndonville. I checked the website and verified the address. After I completed the online application she said I should just email her the credit card info. for the deposit. I called her to give her my credit card info. and haven't heard back from her since. Very disappointing to be led and potentially scammed.

Kim and Lee were great to work with ! They provided a homey, fully furnished rental and any requests for maintenance or needs were resolved immediately. They were flexible with me and provided a great place to stay while on assignment here in Vermont. Would 100% rent again!

She is so terrible… if you are a travel nurse.. I advise, DO NOT use this rental agency. They are full of lies and would leave you stranded. She doesn’t have no homes available but claims to have and also go ahead to ask for card details but end up wasting your time
