Denise is a knowledgeable, communicative and very resourceful realtor: one of the best (correction, THE BEST) realtor we have ever worked with. And we have used several over the years.
She sold our vacation home, which had some challenges to be sure. Unfazed, she coordinated local resources to do the repairs and kept us informed the entire time. Her expertise and connections are invaluable to out-of-state owners, but are equally important to any homeowner.
When there was no action on our property, she still kept us informed and shared plans to heighten interest.
At closing, she gave us detailed timelines and deadlines and immediately sent info as she got it.
She is an amazing realtor, and I’m only sad that we never even met her in person and won’t have the home or be visiting beautiful Homer very much. We highly recommend her and thank a friend for the referral to her.
