Just got off the phone with this business because my husband and I are moving out to Virginia in a month and looking to rent. The woman who answered the phone started out with a tone that seemed to me to be very annoyed. Then when I had asked about any potential openings, she did not bother to try and offer any help, rather she just told me that she didn't have any openings. Didn't provide any other information or help. I've talked with other property managements in the area and although they may be in the same situation, I was treated with a much more positive tone and they provided more information, as if they were actually trying.
