Wonderful park to stay at! Clean! Safe! View right on the ocean by South Beach! The hosts were beyond kind and accommodating! My husband is on crutches and easy for him to get around, use bathrooms and showers which are clean and free showers! (You get the code for bathrooms with your reservation). We will stay again

Redwood Harbor Village is where the former Redwoods RV Resort was located. There is new ownership, no full-timers by the ocean and an on-site manager to take care of business.

I spoke to Gabriel when I called yesterday about the park and Gabriel was so nice and positive that we decided to drive down and take a look. We met Mike, the on-site manager. He really is doing a great job getting the park changed over and cleaning it up.

The park has rest rooms/showers as far as amenities. The reason you go is for the gorgeous beach in walking distance and Redwood National and State Park nearby. The sites are narrow if you have slides but they are more than willing to work with you. All sites have full service and 30 amp electric plus some sites have 50 amp.

I definitely recommend Redwood Harbor Village. It's great place to stay if you want to enjoy the Northern California coast and beach, as well as, Redwoods National and State Park.

We read the reviews and were a little apprehensive about spending the night, but we figured we would give it a try. Well, that was a mistake. It turns out the bike bandits still patrol the place, looking for expensive bikes to steal. They took the Treks and left the kids' bikes, which I guess was ok in a way. At least the boys can still peddle around, but not here. We're getting out of here before darkness returns.

Unfortunately, this place was nothing like we expected...Campsites are in a parking lot offering minimal space next to your neighbor... Although the view was decent, our space was right at a busy intersection...if our dogs wandered 6 feet from the trailer, they might get ran over and there were unruly large breed dogs with owners that could not control them...and there is a transient population you are camping with...we were not comfortable safety-wise and were denied our refund we asked for within 30 minutes of checking in...we asked the locals after relocating to another nearby RV park and they agreed there is a lot of illegal activity going on at this place...Surprised this is a Good Sam Club spot...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We planned on staying here and had to cancel because my husband hurt his shoulder. I did not read the contract correctly (my fault), you have to cancel 72 hrs after you make the reservation. Just an fyi for people. We got a whole 17.50 back out if 150.00 guess they thinks that's fair. They did offer us a credit, denied it because not sure when my husband will be better. I canceled 4 days before arrival. I guess you live and learn just wanted people to be aware. Just wanted to let people know he never reached out to us , I feel like he is just trying to make himself look good. I have cut my losses.
