I'm not sure what's going on here at one of the properties he mismanages at Orchard on the Green complex as I just found out last week their long time leasing manager Arlene is no longer there and was let go by the property manager Brian Reeder for reasons the ship is sinking and who you could never get a hold of he's always on vacation probably why former employees was let go because units are vacant so no income coming in. First of it doesn't matter if you change your staff if existing tenants cannot pay their rent you let them go through a legal process secondly, office staff have no control of the rising inflation economy, neither do they have control of denied background checks so it doesn't matter if you change the faces in the office we live in a rising economy and for whatever your personal reason of "THE SHIP IS SINKING" when the former office manager was informed 3 days before she buried her mother and was doing a move in for one of the units to be occupied that she was to be let go he had no compassion but found the perfect timing to let her know. I pay my rent a day in advance before its due date of the 1st of every month with a receipt so on November 30, 2023 I made a payment for December 2023 with no receipt provided. Last week Friday, December 29, 2023 at around 11:05am I sent my granddaughters to the office to pay my rent and got a call from them while there as this new girl name Leticia told them she couldn't provide a receipt if I wanted it as it won't be deposited until Tuesday, January 02, 2024 so I got off the phone with my granddaughter called the office and Leticia told me the same thing she told my granddaughter she couldn't provide receipt because it won't be deposited until after the holiday Tuesday, January 02, 2024 and that's how she works. She was very rude and argumentative about the matter. I also asked for my December receipt that wasn't provided and she told me she couldn't provide it as the office is closed for the holiday and that she was on her way out and I responded with "YOUR OFFICE IS CLOSED AT 11:12am TO BE EXACT WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH HER" on another note can someone tell me when is a leak under your sink from an aerator not an emergency as this same person Leticia was giving me her life story of her owning a dishwasher which I had no interest to talk about or what the subject reason is for that matter as I pay rent the matter is about my rented unit not hers. Whenever I call Gig Harbor office to talk to Brian Reeder I'm told he's not in the office he's on vacation. He's very unprofessional not to return phone calls to tenants who pays his vacation salary. The girls run the office not him as he tells them to take care of it and handle the problem. These ladies at this office don't know what they're doing and always out of the office. For you new tenants I wouldn't rent at any of his manage property that he's hired to do you will regret it.
