Kina and the Reframe team are super helpful. They know a lot about the real estate business. I purchased my first home using them as my agent. During the touring process Kina was able to let us know what we should look out for (mold, repairs, termites, etc.). She was also able to give us estimates on how much each upgrade/repair would cost if chose to purchase a house.

Once we found a house we liked, she helped us a lot in saving money during the offer process. She was able to help us work with the sellers to negotiate the best price for us given the condition of the house. The process from the offer to escrow to closing was very smooth.
