This management company is not professional. Jeff will write bully emails if you call about a legitimate complaint. This agency acts like they are the owners of the complex and can do whatever they want. They blocked my unit and their workers left a job site hazardous. When I called the office to inform them of the hazard and my blocked entrance and to ask them to clean up the hazard and unblock my exit and entrance I was told they would take a message and when another office person returned they would let them know? I asked three times before they agreed to call someone to clean up the mess and unblock my exit and entrance. Next, I received a threatening email from Jeff. He was patronizing and acted misogynistic. He threatened me saying he was the "Vice President" and accused me of yelling at the office receptionist and threatening legal action and he said I was creating a hostile work environment? Really? Just because I asked them to clean up their mess! He went on to say his workers don't have to ask me to take a break? I almost slipped and fell and I had every right to call the office and ask them to unblock my unit and clean up the mess. According to Jeff I can call with concerns but basically if they want to do something about it they will or not. This is how the company treats home owners. Home Owners have rights and we can legally pursue our rights. We don't have to take being threatened by a misogynistic "Vice President".

Horrible experience in getting paid - they use an unprofessional payment solutions company called AvidXchange. Never again. Not worth the headache. Now, if they do not use AvidExchange and can pay a different way - day of service, maybe.

This property management company does not care about the homeowners it serves, it cares about money. Unethical and unprofessional. Recently was tied up with a predatory tow scheme on properties they manage, the DA sent multiple alerts to the County residents. Avoid and if possible have them removed from managing your HOA or property
