I could not agree more with Laticia, the harassment for things I do not do is absolutely WILD!!!!!! I’m a single 35 year woman working 50 hour work weeks the last thing i need after my long work days is false accusations of myself. Of course they have no problem accusing you of crazy absurd things but when pushing for a meet up “they can’t right now” oh how convenient. Not to mention, I have been gone for a week on vacation. I was home barely 3 hours when I got the texts accusing me of even more wrongdoing. I’m not the type of person to complain about petty things but at this point it has happened SO many times, that I am at my wits end. At this point I’m not really sure what else to do other than seeking legal advice. I have never been treated with this kind of disrespect.

This has been the worst housing experience of my life. I have reached out to the board on numerous occasions about the grounds manager who has been harassing me since I moved in. The board simply stopped responding after giving no solution. Furthermore, you will get fined here for things that you did not do, even when camera footage corroborates your innocence. There have been multiple break ins as well so this is not a safe area. Residents are allowed to smoke inside their units so the main building reeks of cigarettes. There is always music blaring, and, nothing is done about it so it is far from peaceful here. The grounds manager is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. He has made my partner and I feel unsafe, unwelcome and it seems we have no place to turn to address this mistreatment. Save yourself a lifetime of headaches and live somewhere else, I wish I did.

We have owned a condo here for the past couple of years and love it - walking distance to beautiful Chambers Bay. The management team takes very good care of the property and the Condos board is very active and involved, always looking for ways to make improvements to the property. We couldn't be happier here !
