Pay attention to the reviews I know I should have. They don’t deliver the homes as promised. The home and Pool were disgusting when I moved in and they where lucky that I was coming from out of town so I couldn’t not move in. I had to hire a cleaning service out of my own pocket when they had promised they where going to hire a professional to clean the home prior to me moving in but they lied and they didn’t. Same with the pool even the pool guy they recommended denied having ever been to the house to do the service. They have no word!

They don’t have a website or electronic method to pay rent so it’s a huge inconvenience.

Im a business owner that travels often and I have a couple of rental homes including a house I own. I can submit electronic payments for all except the property I rent from them.

They are also extremely rude and harassing when they contact you. They called me trying to tell me I hadn’t paid my rent yelling at me and being extremely rude threatning with a late fee. Well I had mailed it to them because I don’t have the option of paying electronically. Guess what after not listening to me tell them I sent the rent in the mail and yelling st me for half an hour they finally heard that I sent the check via usps and they denied having received it. I bet they probably finally checked their mail because my check was cashed that same they.

They are incompetent, they lie and are extremely rude Dont rent any house through them and most importantly don’t let them rent your house on your behalf.

This property management company is worthless. I unfortunately live near a rental home they manage on Beresford Drive, I live on the cross street,Parkston Street. The tenants that they allowed to move in are horrible. Complaints have been made to the property management company and they refuse to do anything about it. They throw loud parties almost every weekend that last into the early hours of the morning. They have no concern or consideration for the people who live around them. No one in the neighborhood sleeps on the weekends due to these people. Due to Regency's unwillingness to deal with the problem, I now have spoken to the police, am collecting signature from all my other frustrated neighbors, am contacting the homes owner, and filing court papers to force someone to do something. I didn't buy my home to listen to a bunch of renters destroy the neighborhood I am so proud of. You don't want these people managing your property either, they don't check up on your investment.

When you see the Regency Property Management sign you can assume the property values in your neighborhood are about to plummet. After these people rent the house they never check on the people living in the home for years. They could care less what their tenants do to the neighborhood they put them in or the house the house they are actually renting. Someone must pay for the repairs in between these rentals, I assume it's the home owner who is unaware how badly managed their property is. The only real word I have for this company is SLUM LORD! I live next door to one of these homes and the property is a wreck!

They do not answer the phones. Request for Maintenance has been almost non existent. Messages after messages left. The only feedback i received was them asking for rent but not of my requests. There is no drop box for rent on weekends or outside their building.
