My brother-in-law referred Regina to us -- and we're so glad he did. From our first discussions about listing the house, throughout the close, Regina was great!
She went above and beyond in helping us get the house ready to list, spending several hours making sure the staging of the house would WOW potential buyers. The house never looked so good. And her pricing strategy and marketing plan were spot on.
Regina worked the phone and all of her contacts -- so we had interested buyers before the house was even officially listed.
Then after we secured an offer, Regina continued to market the property for back up offers. Which was a genius move -- because the first buyers couldn't perform. Since we had the back up offer we didn't need to revert back to doing showings again, we simply transitioned to the 2nd offer. And we actually closed quicker w/ the back up than we would have w/ the initial offer.
In all we received five written offers in 21 days -- and sold at 100% of asking -- in a declining market where most sellers were doing price drops to secure a deal.
Throughout the entire process Regina was smart, communicative, hard working, accessible (which is SO important) and easy to work with. She also has a strong team around her. When FedEx "lost" some of the closing docs, Regina and her team worked w/ the escrow officer to minimize the impact, get the issue corrected and close on time! Highly recommend!!
