After being at other offices with rude staff who hate their jobs this was like a breath of fresh air. Emily had a friendly and positive attitude. Always has a smile and something nice to say. She was accommodating and responsive to my needs. She even remembered that I forgot my power cord and handed it to me as soon as I walked in. Exceptional service should be rewarded!

As recall Regus always has problems with billing. No matter what they always come up with a way to nickel and dime you. Cancelling is also a pain. They require written notice at least 3 months in advance. For example how can you incur late payment penalties when you are on auto pay with a credit card you gave them? They choose not to charge on time for the purpose of charging you late fees. Worst is getting emails telling you the order has been cancelled because the address does not match the credit card. In other words credit card theft. This started after releasing the credit card information to them. I have seen them mistreat clients for several businesses too. Especially minorities. I might have forgiven them if they had treated me like a customer they want, but the few times I have used the office they are hostile to me too. I suppose they think I am someone's client. I am looking for a new places. I found better of places, some even give my clients free bottled water. I feel stupid for giving them a second chance. I suppose that's how you get big, by screwing your customers over. I will never use them.
