I wish I could say something positive about this property management company, but unfortunately, our experience—especially during the move-out process—was nothing short of disappointing. While I’m grateful to the property owners for their understanding during our tenancy, the management company seemed intent on squeezing every last dollar from our security deposit, despite our extra efforts to leave the property in good condition.
• We were required to keep propane filled in a poorly insulated house, only to be charged an excessive amount to refill it after moving out—despite no proof of actual usage.
• We were billed for damages (like a broken screen and a faulty remote) that existed when we moved in.
• We were charged an outrageous $100 per hour for interior cleaning, even though we thoroughly cleaned the home before leaving.

On top of that, dealing with Bry, the property manager, was frustrating. She came across as overly friendly, making it seem like she was on our side, but in reality, she was just another part of the system working to drain as much money from us as possible. It felt disingenuous, and I can only hope the owners take notice and reconsider how these situations are handled in the future.

This kind of treatment feels like nothing more than an attempt to take advantage of tenants. If you’re considering renting from this company, be prepared for them to find every excuse to hold onto your deposit. Glad to be done with them.

Was hesitant to call a property management company because I heard bad things about them, but after spending a month meeting with homeowners renting their homes, everything felt odd, and that people just wanted application fees and were very particular about everything was like a job interview every time. I was scared to send them money. Once I reached out to Reid and met with one of their representatives, I felt very comfortable at the house. I looked at and applied and rented that day. Everything is very streamlined and official. I like that it makes me feel comfortable in my agreement. So far so good
