I bought my house though Miguel Contreras. I was a special case and needed to get into a house ASAP. We looked at a couple dozen houses (I think at least 22 in person). I knew South Bay San Diego fairly well, but it was nice to know that Miguel could answer my questions. For instance, reputations of elementary schools, community, quiet vs loud neighborhoods, over priced houses, repair costs, etc.

Over the years I haven't really trusted real estate brokers because of the commission they earn from sales. I NEVER got that feeling from Miguel or anyone at Agent Prolific. They did not try to "close" the deal like many other sales people do. Miguel even got me out of a jam from an offer that was accepted and got my $5K back from the escrow company. THANKS DUDE!
