Jake Oliver was our Realtor at Re/Max. He helped us determine a fair price for our home and was there at every moment. Above and beyond to help us through the transaction. We are extremely happy with our recent home purchase and our agent Jake Oliver. Since we were “out of towners”, our time was limited to only a few days each visit. Jake was patient and made himself available when we found a house we wanted to check out... usually off the “internet”. He was flexible and never made us feel rushed. Not only did we find the perfect house, Jake continues to assist us using his local knowledge of service providers in the area. Jake was a great negotiator and made sure we were fully informed of our options when determining our offer. He quickly responded to our questions, and in the beginning there were many. Dan Matheson is amazing, thoughtful and thorough. We started looking for land in July of 2019 while living in another state. Just 426 miles away.
Dan would have land set for us to look at plus what we had found ourselves. Usually on a Saturday he would schedule us in all day and walk all over the properties with us. As we spent time together he would listen and definitely helped us nail down our preferences. They then became his too! He listened.
While looking we would ask questions on plowing, road maintenance and such. He had the answers or he would find out. This helped us select a property that we absolutely love in January 2020.
When going through the purchase process, he explained everything and was with us there through every step. He is more than just our realtor, he is now our friend!
