Sylvia is experienced and very professional. I have known her as a child and she has helped a lot of people in my family find their homes and now she is helping me find my own. The market is very competitive right now and she will spend her late night hours on a weekend completing all the paper work necessary to put in an offer. And we visited multiple properties on each of the lists before we settled on a property that fit the needs of our family.

He was very courteous and professional in answering any questions or concerns about the process, or properties day or night. During our property search experience, Gene was so considerate that on multiple occasions, he brought us fruit; grapefruit, lemons and oranges as a kind gesture and we thought that was VERY thoughtful of him!

Additionally, we provided him with property addresses outside of his normal region of sales, he not only researched them for availability but he also made arrangements with the listing agents to show the properties. And in fact because of his researchthe home that we settled on purchasing was outside of the region he normally sold homes in

I had a horrible experience with a agent from this realty business by the name of Sylvia Pacheco at my home that My dad is selling. This is a home I’ve had since I’ve been born and it’s a very hard situation to have it sold. I asked her and her clients to please vacate the premises 10 mins after the showing was over. They continued to leave their cars parked in my drive way and hang out in my front yard. She got extremely snappy with me and told me to relax and calm down after I very nicely asked them to leave for the second time. She then started yelling at me saying how I’m just a stupid renter and I have 60 days until I loose my place of home. I told her I am not a renter I’m a owner and she continued to respond by saying I won’t be for long and she will see me in 60 days when I no longer have a home. When I told her to just please leave she then harassed me more by asking, “what are you going to do about it?”. I was almost tempted to call the police if she stayed on my property to harass me. This lady is extremely unprofessional and rude and completely out of line. She said all these things in front of her clients and acted like a 20 year old trying to fight me? She made this whole entire business look horrible because she lacks respect towards people she has never even met. I will never do business with Remax because of this one specific interaction with a horrible employee they have.

Based on my personal dealings with this office I would never recommend them. They have threatened my agent and have let their client down by ill advising them, costing both of us Thousands of dollars.

The communication and timelines were very difficult, but legally and ethically have been worse. In life transactions of this caliber these are controllable choices they should not be making.

Unprofessional and rude. Called a friend an immature piece of white trash after she couldn't respond to his messages because she was dealing with her sick baby. Unethical, judgmental, and not worth the time to meet him if you'd like professional help.
