Kathi Olmstead and her team went WAY above and beyond selling our uncles home. Our uncle was in terrible health and his home was in need of serious repair. Since we live 2500 miles away (CA), Kathy and her team helped facilitate all of the repairs and inspections. Kathi handled the transaction with complete professionalism while dealing with a very tough transaction. My wife & I are Real Estate Brokers so we know how much work she did. We worked with Kathi for buying and selling our home, and she was phenomenal to work with. When buying, she bent over backwards to take us to different homes and ensure that we found the right place. Closing went smoothly, as her team was very familiar with VA loans and were incredibly proficient. When we decided to sell our house, we called Kathi immediately without a second thought. Despite it being the dead of winter and around the holidays, Kathi still sold our house for a profit in 44 days! As with our purchasing experience, our selling experience went just as smoothly. We used the same team of people, and despite it being a fast closing with a VA loan, everything went off without a hitch. My husband and I have purchased/sold two other homes, and none of those real estate transactions went as well as when we worked with Kathi. Kathi is a wonderful agent. She helped us find our first home last fall. When our (now) home was put on the market, Kathi postponed a family outing to go look at it with us on a Saturday. The home had a lot of interest and was clearly competitive. We ended up putting in an offer that same day and it was accepted.
