I sold my house in 2022 through Mike Runyan at Remax. Mike let us know everything that we needed to fix and what wasn’t really necessary to do, to prepare our house for the market. He advised us on the best pricing for the current market at the time. We were only on the market for 2 days and had 2 full price offers. Mike kept us up to date on what we needed to do and our sale proceeded smoothly and closed in one month. I had used Mike Runyan for the purchase and sale of that home and 2 homes I sold in 2005 and 2009. I have always appreciated the great service I have received from Mike Runyan and Remax.
