Chad Phillips was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable of all the different aspects of the sale, he went the extra mile getting our house ready. During the whole process he kept us informed of everything. He basically held our hand threw the whole process. We felt very confident and comfortable throughout the sale of our home knowing that Chad was there with us!

Chad was amazing at keeping my husband and I informed through the entire sale process. I was first introduced to Chad several years back through a family member who happened to find him. Chad has been extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate. He was easy to work with, friendly, and I could always find him if I had questions. We were lucky enough to have had a family member hand pick Chad from the large number of brokers that he knows. Chad made himself available when we needed him. He gave us good estimates on what fixes in certain houses would run us so that by the time we finished a walk through we knew if the house was a viable option. He's good with kids and at the end of the day he helped us find our forever home with the least amount of buyers pain possible. I'm happy to say that we absolutely recommend him.

I have known Chad for over 6 years and he has helped my family purchase two homes and sell another.
