Ranga Pathak of re/max gold interfered with tenancy after I needed to renegotiate lease commission when I fell ill with cancer. Stay away from this realtor. Her commission is too high and will undermine tenant contracts if there are any unseen difficulties.

We had a very unpleasant experience with this realtor today. Our landlord is selling the house which we live in (which is a sufficiently uncomfortable experience on its own), and a realtor at this firm (Charlotte T Jong) upset our entire house this morning by arriving unannounced, without an appointment, and with a family of 6 in tow.

The realtor arrived at our home in the morning, unannounced and stood at our door for 15 minutes, knocking repeatedly and peering through our kitchen window. After we had all awoken and frantically tidied up, she proceeded to walk a family of SIX PEOPLE through our home during a pandemic.

Absolutely reprehensible behavior. This woman is pushy and invasive and should not be allowed anyone's home.

ReMax- please tell your agents (especially Ponce) that running through flower beds while leaving business cards on doors is unprofessional, unacceptable, and not a way to inspire people to use his/ your services.
