If you have any thoughts of selling your home, Call Tina first and you will see why I did. Her attention to detail, follow-up and advanced knowledge of the market is second to none. After visiting our home Tina provided us with a plan to maximize the appearance of each room and provided us with a detailed plan of her approach to marketing our home. From our initial walk-thru to closing and every step in-between, you feel a level of confidence knowing that you are in good hands. Many agents provide you with the selling price that you want to hear just to get the listing and begin slashing the listing price to get it sold. Because of her experience in the marketplace Tina not only accurately priced our home. She marketed our home so well, that we had multiple offers during our FIRST day of our Open House, which resulted in a selling price over listing. In the dead of winter our home SOLD in just THREE DAYS! That's AMAZING! After that Tina wasn't done. She followed up by waking us though the home inspection with the buyer and finally through the closing process.

My agent, Tina Torres, from Remax (Union) did a remarkable job in helping me sell my house. I searched for an agent that is personable and who has experience as we want to be able to sell our house fast, and Tina did not disappoint!!! She was very kind over the phone when I talked to her for the first time, she was never pushy as I needed time to clear out my house first before listing it. She came with a professional photographer and took beautiful, professional pictures of my house! I was so impressed, my extended family and friends were also amazed with how the pictures turned out! No denying these pictures spoke volumes and we had a line of people at my front door, patiently waiting to see my house! There was a bidding war and we surprisingly had 18 offers above asking price, and my jaw dropped!! e didn’t expect that at all. Tina guided us patiently!
