This home has been the worst home i ever lived in from the first month we moved in, i tried to terminate the lease because there was no ac or heating in two bedroom and two bathrooms and was told that they were going to fix it, they ordered the ac unit and now 8 months later the ac unit is a new decoration in my living room never did anyone come to install them !!! Now i had mold in my bathroom and told them they came immediately to take the mold out now I have no ceiling in my bathroom and I’m not able to use that bathroom at all !!!! and they keep telling me they are coming and I keep missing days of work and nobody ever comes !!! Now this is nothing to the whole list we have of issues that this house has had !!!! The realtor eric is so rude and unprofessional!!!! THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! Eric said that he didn’t know they had delivered the ac units and that they didn’t install them!!!!! I’ve never in my life left a bad review anywhere but this is just ridiculous

Invasion of privacy on numerous accounts, don’t fix what’s been reported wrong with the house, will ignore you when trying to report something wrong with the house, not to mention they’ll let you live with mold & a rotting floor instead of fixing it, expects the house to look better than it did when you move out than when you moved in.

I made an offer to purchase a house listed by REIN RE/MAX Peninsula. My agent contacted the sellers agent to ask questions about making an offer and when the house would be available. After my agent got all the information for MLS# 10207668 we viewed the house. After viewing the house we wanted to make an offer. My agent called the listing agent to asked when the seller would be willing to move out. The listing agent said 7-10 days for a cash offer. We made a genious cash offer, we offered the seller everything she wanted in cash and that the house would be available 7-10 days. She took 2 days to decide then said she accepted our offer. Mind you this was 2 days later, So we had already added 2 days to the 7-10 days before the house would be available for us to move in. Back to the seller saying she accepted the offer. She said she accepted the offer but wanted to stay in the house for 3 more weeks on top of the 7-10 days she already agreed to before we made the offer. My situation is this, I'm moving my family to the area; I came ahead to purchase a house before they come. The compliant is this, peoples time is very valuable. After everything is said and done my family and I could not get the house due to the added 3 week stipulation the seller threw back at us, Now we are headed back into the market to try and find a home with 5 days wasted do to the unprofesional conduct of the listing agent and the seller. I understand selling a house is up to he seller however, the listing agent or company should know their clients and if an agreement is made honor it. This agent and seller wasted a lot of hard working peoples time, money and resources.

I used Craig Lundgren to buy my first home then a few years later sell it. Both times Craig was AMAZING. He’s genuine, gives great advice and can answer all questions or find the answer if he doesn’t know it off the top of his head. I would recommend Craig to anyone in the housing market.

We tried to see a property (MLS#: 2123379) listed by your company in Quinton TWICE and the realtor representing the home, Jessica Pratt, was less than helpful. Two separate occasions and we couldn’t get in. The first was Saturday before Labor Day and the second was Labor Day. The first attempt, the realtor told our realtor that we were good to go look at the property. On our way there, 40 minutes into our drive to see the property, she tells our realtor that she couldn’t get ahold of the owners. When our realtor kept pushing for her to try since we were already 10 minutes out from the home she asked our realtor, “they can’t look at it another day?” The second attempt was less impressive. The realtor was, again, unwilling to put any effort into getting us into the house to see it or even make accommodations/ recommendations for another day. Horrible, horrible representation of your business. I know who I wouldn’t want selling my property.

Sabrina Thomas. Learn the name and avoid it at all cost. Worst experience of my life. Everything was horrible. Rude, unprofessional, non responsive until she needed to check a box for her client then she hounded me like I didn't have a job. Multiple times both I and my fiance would have to explicitly request she use her manners when addressing us. It was clear we were unimportant let alone worthy of basic human decency. Very shocking experience. I am genuinely surprised she has a job. Be careful if you're using Remax. Our previous agent was amazing. We didn't have issues until Sabrina took over the property. The issue is SABRINA THOMAS I can't speak to the other team members.

Only because 0 stars was not an option!! BUT, Make up Your own mind!!
My Mother's house was on the market OVER A YEAR!!
Bob showed this house 3 times in over a year, 2 times AFTER She died!! 1 time in 8 MONTHS!! But he sure wanted to drop the asking price after 2 weeks, and 3 more times within the first 6 months! Eventually the house was foreclosed on, turned into the reverse mortgage company 8 months AFTER She was Dead!
He was recommended by one of my Mom's friends, I am NOT inclined to give the same recommendation to Any of this companies Agents!
