We put our home up for sale May 2022 and over a year later it still has not sold. I email her the realtor Xochitl Bautista either she ignores my emails, or she sends me the wrong information. If it was my up to me to pick the realtor, I would have dropped her a long time ago. I Have to leave a star to post this review otherwise she deserves 0 stars. Thank you for nothing coming from a single mom waiting patiently for you to sell the home.

Mr. Dollar and Mark Lee are both very unprofessional. I had done photography for an apple valley address and the cost was $75. I have still never been paid for these services and it has been about a year and a half. I tried getting in contact with them several times and they were "out of the office". When I did make contact I was told that the pictures sucked and I would get paid when the property sells. Glad I didn't hold my breath. Broke broker and realtor. Don't use these guy's ever.

If you choose to work with this company, I wish you the best luck. I really do!!! But, please listen to me, keep your money safe and find the other best one. You know there are many options you can pick in LA, in California. The only two things they care about are the contracts and money, they NEVER, NEVER, NEVER care about your wallet, feelings and other reasons you may consider for purchasing the house . Find the other company, I strongly suggest you to do that. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Rather frustrated with seller. They came and fixed up the house at 7562 Sunny Ridge Loop and have left it with no yard work or upkeep. Contacted Mr. De Casas twice in past two weeks and all I get are excuses that the gardeners are not doing their job, and he's working on it.

We are in a very nice neighborhood in East Highlands and to see weeds in the lawn 4 ft tall now, and not even a lawn, it's very disheartening. I told Mr. De Casas that I have done my best to encourage him to try to do his part, but it looks like I have no other recourse but to try to provide him some encouragement this way.
