I’ve used Val and his team for three home transactions now and am very satisfied! He is available, calm, and able to guide you through the complicated real estate process. Val went above and beyond just listing and selling my $1,000,000+ plus luxury home. He and his team coordinated the miscellaneous repairs with different contractors that are common after inspections. The most incredible part of this is he was always happy to help, take on more responsibility, and utilize his network. What most impressed me with Val is his way of negotiating. You can tell he has been doing this for decades with his calm yet direct manner of negotiation. He doesn’t nickel and dime you with fees and is a man of his word. Always available day or night and for a busy agent, that is rare. I am grateful he sold my home and highly recommend using Val to anyone needing a Realtor in Little Rock.

The polite + welcoming, Val Hansen called me and told us about some properties available for rent that I may be interested in. He has heard of our family restaurants I work for, (which was so fun to hear) and wanted see if he could help us with our hunt for the perfect new home.

I was about 15 mins late to my showing due to rain , the lady left and when I called back to reschedule I was told that I would get a call back .. this place is very rude and unprofessional . Also , the lady that was suppose to show the home didn’t have a direct number !!
