Recently purchased (Oct 2022) a home in Northern Wisconsin. Alicia was awesome to work with and kept me informed on a regular basis regarding upcoming and active properties. She was flexible with her schedule and accommodated our requests. Julie was helpful as well as she is currently brokering for sale our lake home in Forest County. Robert Coulman is hands down the worst realtor I have ever interacted with, and I have worked with dozens of realtors on a monthly basis for almost 7 years. Read this before you consider doing business with these people. I wish I could say I was exaggerating here but I’m not:

I just purchased (today) a home where Bob was the listing agent, and he was horribly rude throughout the entire process. When I asked to get a showing of the home, he literally started yelling at me “NOW WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I SHOW YOU THIS HOUSE YOU ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME”

Instead of hanging up the phone on Bob as any normal person would, I realized the reason the home wasn’t selling wasn’t the home. It was Bob. Bob told us the reason this home wasn’t selling is because of the town it was in. Every other listing in the town was selling just fine.

We purchased this home ridiculously under list because he scared everyone away from the property he was trying to sell. Multiple times throughout the process we almost quit trying to buy it because he was so terrible.

Bob’s clients left the home a mess and left tons of junk in and around it for us to deal with. He knows from his “decades of experience” he brags about that this is a big no no. He is unprofessional, rude, and cost his own client thousands of dollars without even realizing it. Bob was even rude to the people at the title company for no reason, we all joked about how strange it was.

I don’t like writing reviews like this, but when people like Bob aren’t held accountable, perfectly nice people lose their hard earned money. He doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

It blows my mind that this company allows him to work there. There is no way they are unaware of his overall terribleness.

Bryan Trombley was was amazing to work with! He is professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive. Selling my house after more than 20 years was emotional but he guided me every step of the way and despite the challenges managed to close early.

I am moving to the area from a couple of states away. My realtor put me in contact with a realtor Lisa Eggman in the area. All I can say is WOW. Lisa and her husband spent a lot of time emailing me different homes to look at and putting together a list of me and my wife's needs and wishes for our perfect wishlist. They spent an entire day with me showing me several different options and explaining everything to me to keep me well informed about things like travel time's to work and things of that nature. At the end of the day they really put the Cherry on top with the last showing. I couldn't believe it. It was everything that we've been dreaming of!! I firmly believe she was God sent. The hospitality and professionalism displayed by these folks is out of this world. Thank you again Lisa!! God bless you and your family.

Very responsive. Our house had some extenuating circumstances but we still sold it. They coordinated as much as they could with out us being in the local area. I would recommend and use them again.
