This office has lost the talent that made it great. They've been late to send payments twice this year and are very slow to respond. In addition, they have not met the terms of our agreement in terms of conducting inspections of the property.

I've been using Jen Jones as a property manager for several months for two different properties and she is a godsend. Very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and just gets things done making my life much easier. I've interviewed three different PM companies that serve Snohomish and selected one that was a very poor experience for myself and the tenants. Jen managed the changeover from the poor property management company to REMAX flawlessly and earned my trust and the trust on my tenants quickly. Thank you!
