Wow! Amazing experience having Renee list and sell our home. We picked Renee for her track record of selling and buying homes in our community -- and we definitely were not disappointed! She had the best sense of market trends in our community (of all of the agents we considered). She helped us through the entire process of selling our house -- pricing the house, getting it staged, professional photography and Matterport, marketing, and (of course) showing. Renee was awesome! We had a complex transaction with lots of moving parts, as we relocated from the Bay Area. Renee was an amazing advisor and helped us negotiate to get our dream home. There were many highs and lows but she was with us every step of the way and really listened to our wants and concerns. We always felt she had our best interest at heart and acted accordingly. I don’t think we would have ended up getting the house we bought nor made it through the stresses of the transaction without her as our agent. I forgot to mention that this complex transaction took place while I was 8 months pregnant. Renee absorbed so much of the stress so that I didn’t have to and made everything work no matter what challenges presented themselves. She is so much more than a transactional realtor!
