I love living here! We moved here in February, and my family is doing great. Short commute to Anchorage. Stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. The tile floors are easy to keep clean. The other tenants are awesome and keep up with cleaning up after their dogs. My youngest has gone through the stages of crawling and walking in this rental. Very cool! I hope to RENEW at the end of my lease, lol.

Well I put a work order in almost a week ago and they finally showed up and fixed the toilet leak. But my tub that would not drain I had to go buy my own equipment to unclog the tub and my light above stove was not fixed like I asked in a work order also.
