I placed an online order for pre leased items. The store never contacted me, when I called I was informed they didn’t have the items at that store. They’d call me back. Called back to follow up, was told that store didn’t service my area. Cost of online order still not refunded, items still not delivered. Order placed May 11.

My second time doing business with these guys! First go around wasn't all great, but that's my fault! They have great name brand products available at affordable weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments. Great for people that can't afford to outright buy stuff on demand. As long as you make your payments on time, you won't have anything to worry about! Same as cash offer is the way to go, if you are able to do that!

I have completed the rental agreement online with payment the next step is to contact the store to arrange pickup of the item and I hit a snag. I have contacted the store for 2days (the first day no one answered) and still no pickup. Make it make sense

I love the CSR reps from the Muscle Shoals location. They go above & beyond for their customers. I had something I wanted that I couldn’t find in the store & instead of disappointing me these guys ordered it from the catalog and lo and behold 8 weeks later it arrived. Exactly the piece of furniture I wanted. I am now a customer for life!
