This is a horrible management company that deserves NO stars. They have destroyed what was a semi livable situation. I had an outside wall that was not properly patched for over 4 months. Outside Heat and humidity would freely enter my apartment, causing my electric bill to soar. on top of that they were focused on destroying what actually increases property value. THEY REMOVED OUR PRIVACY FENCING that we have had for over 10 years! Now my place has absolutely no privacy with a glass sliding door and basic blinds that don't keep prying eyes out if they come anywhere near the door. I can no longer open my blinds to let in outside light because if I do everyone can see inside my whole livingroom. If something happens during the remaining time I am here, such as a break-in or robbery attempt I will be suing this place for all they are worth as the privacy fencing they removed actually kept people and their belongings safer. This is unacceptable and this place should not be doing any property management for residential locations. PEOPLE LIVE here! They seem to not understand that. The City of Altamonte should shut this company down. I will be speaking with some city counsel members regarding this. I will be leaving this place as soon as my lease is up and will not be returning, I will also highly advise against anyone moving to any property managed by this awful company.

UPDATE- My lease was with a real estate company that privately owned the unit I leased. My lease ended June 1st 2022 with the private real estate company, and I moved completely out in April, paying all rent on time to the company I had a lease with. NO OUTSTANDING RENT. This company now has the brass to furnish me with a debt collection letter for the amount of $3055.00 for no reason at all. I NEVER HAD A LEASE WITH RENTAL HEROES AT ALL! If I can't get this resolved easily I will be using my awesome attorney.

I’d avoid this company at all costs. Paula was a terrible person to manage our condo. There were times she would call her vendors they’d never show up or when they’d did it was days later. The condo we rented was not updated or that clean. We left the place much better than we found it, we did not get our full deposit back. Which whatever I’m so thankful I’ll never have to deal with this company again. I had to go turn in my keys and no one knew that I even made a letter saying I was leaving. This place is ran by people who obviously don’t know what they are doing. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

Rental Hero’s? More like Rental Zeros!

If you're looking for a property management company that excels in rudeness and unprofessionalism, look no further than Rental Hero’s. From the moment you sign the lease, you're in for a rollercoaster ride of frustration and disappointment.

Their idea of customer service seems to be modeled after a bad caricature of a cartoon villain. Don't expect a timely response to maintenance requests – unless you consider waiting weeks for a simple repair "timely." And good luck getting anyone on the phone; it's like trying to summon a ghost in a haunted house.

Their staff seems to have attended a crash course in how to be indifferent and dismissive. Whether it's ignoring your concerns or speaking to you with all the warmth of a cold breeze, Rental Hero’s staff are masters of making you feel like an inconvenience.

And let's not forget about their stellar communication skills – or lack thereof. Emails go unanswered, voicemails disappear into the void, and when you finally do manage to get a hold of someone, they act like you're interrupting their day.

But perhaps the cherry on top of this unappetizing cake is their penchant for nickel-and-diming tenants at every turn. Want to renew your lease? That'll be an extra fee. Need to register your car? Exorbitant fee. It's like they see tenants as walking ATMs rather than human beings.

In conclusion, if you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen, having your concerns ignored, and being charged for every little thing under the sun, then by all means, sign a lease with Rental Hero’s. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the headache.

Rental heroes has done a great job managing my units. Most of these reviews unfortunately come from owners upset with their HOA. I would recommend them to anyone!

I don’t know why there’s no option for no stars.. Bermuda dunes was once a happy place to live ever since rental heroes took over it has been hell. From Marisol to the other staffs in the office they all are rude. The office has been close since before COVID until now. During business hours you can’t go there without appointments and they always close. Rental heroes needs to go. The property gate is left wide open 24/7 , pool is always broken, they running a business with amenity cards and parking decals, as well as visitors parking. They have a security guard that put sticker on my vehicle because management was not doing their job of updating my file when I renewed my lease. All over just stay away from any rental heroes property management
