Linda Teliha, is beyond rude! She has no respect for any of her tenants. She speaks to people like she’s above them I would highly recommend you use any other rental agency besides this one.

The people who rent here are not very smart. The lady called to tell me I was denied, because of “fraud” when the reason that pops up is because I’ve had my identity stolen. Then proceeds to tell me I also have a “pretty low credit score” it’s 650 with zero accounts in collections and credit cards that I’ve never missed or made a late payment on. I’ve rented years with the score I have and have taken very good care of my units and have great rental history as well as pay my rent on time every single month. I definitely think they may just not want to rent to people who have HCV’s. Snobs. Very rude and not very knowledgeable about fraud alerts placed on credit lines. Please get some training. I’ve already been approved for another house through Regency Properties. Highly recommend them over this place, and so do many others they have 4.8 stars over this place which has 2. Just read the reviews.

Linda Teliha is very unprofessional. She isn’t competent in the business shes in. She’ll have you repeating yourself to questions you’ve already answered. She’s rude through text and on the phone. Don’t waste your time with this place or her. Once i seen the poor reviews on this rental companies web site it made a lot of sense. 2.6 stars 😆. Do better Linda.

Been trying for years to contact this company. With no response. They obviously deal with slum lords. It shows in the way they take care of the properties they handle. I've had 2 huge limbs fall on my house from next door. Your trees are dieing. Handle your s... !

Worst experience. I applied and talked to a woman over the phone by the name of Linda. Awful customer service. She is rude, condescending, and accusatory. I addressed her bad behavior through text and told her I don’t appreciate her tone with me. Then while she’s on the phone with my co-applicant, she has the nerve to say that I was rude. Then she wants to excuse her awful behavior as her “just doing her job”. Like, you can do your job, and still be a decent human being. Never applying through them again.

This LINDA lady has no business running/working at this company. Very rude over the phone and not very helpful. She needs training on how to work with people or needs therepy to fix why shes so rude/not understanding/not helpful.
