First I need to apologize. I mistakingly wrote a bad review on this current rental property. I thought I was filling it out for a short term property in Nebraska that we recently rented. This property in Hayden is absolutely PERFECT for us! Nancy has been amazing in making sure that everything is great. We had a 3,000 square foot house and needed to rent for a year while we look for another place. This is a much smaller house but fits our needs perfectly! The appliances are wonderful, design spacious and a very safe, warm neighborhood. I would highly recommend Nancy's properties for anyone looking for a rental. A+ all around!

The property we were shown was the dirtiest house I have ever walked through. There were fingerprints all over the windows , food debris in the cupboards, and general grime on all of the window sills, walls, and light switches. The smell of smoke in the garage was nearly visible. We have been looking for a rental for a month straight and due to the housing shortage we have not even been to the point in the rental process to have our application processed. We were 3rd in line for this house and so I thought with a little elbow grease and Pine Sol, I could make it work. Nancy called the following morning and said we were up, finally an end to the house search! She denied our application an hour later. She said she was unable to contact our rental and work references. Complete lie. She called and reached our current landlord who gave us a great reference. Our previous landlord had a missed call, no message. She called back and spoke to Nancy then submitted another great reference. My husband's employer received no call. My employer was told a form would be sent to complete. Never received. She said our credit was insufficient but when I checked, no inquiries were made on my credit. She claims a 3rd party processes the applications, but the truth is she makes a couple of phone calls and gets an online unreliable background check, then pockets $120 for application fees. The background check showed a job I left over 20 years ago as my current employment. The company she uses for background checks was recently sued for providing false information. I requested a refund and was ignored, now I have to waste time taking her to court. This person has no morals, no ethics and is in it for a quick buck. I hate scammers and I will get my money back.

My husband and I have used Rental Property Management to oversee our property for many years and have never had a problem or concern. I have been on both sides of the relationship with Rental Property Management, both as a landlord and a tenant. As a tenant, have always been treated with professionalism and respect unlike the other RPM in CDA which I would avoid at all costs. As a landlord, Nancy and her staff did a great job marketing and leasing another home that I owned here and were always on top of any issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough whatever your property management needs are.

I rented a downtown condo managed by this company. I felt they did a good job in management in general and was very helpful when I asked question. There is always room for improvement however.
Rent in the CDA area has gotten out of reach and a condo should not be rented for such a high price in winter. The amenities available in summer are not the same in winter. Living at Lake view properties in winter should not cost that much rent. I’d rent there again if owners would lower the price in winter months.
